Are BABOON TO THE MOON products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our bags, covering any defects in materials or craftsmanship.
How do I clean my technical gear?
We recommend spot cleaning with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing to preserve the waterproof coating.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Please contact support within 30 minutes for any urgent changes.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
